March 2026.– This intake takes place ahead of the start of preparatory field activities and is the result of a selection process launched in October, aimed at identifying and developing local talent. The operators will perform roles such as haul truck driving and will take part in a training program that includes simulator-based training and on-site technical instruction, with a strong focus on safety standards.
This initial intake reflects the project’s approach to prioritizing local workforce participation from the earliest stages. As preparatory activities progress, additional personnel are expected to be incorporated in line with operational requirements.
