From September 8 to 11 at La Rural Exhibition Center in Buenos Aires, AOG Expo 2025 will bring together professionals, specialists, and business leaders from across the value chain in a key space to discuss the future of energy, promote projects, and foster strategic partnerships.

Milicic, a company with more than 50 years of experience supporting Argentina's main productive sectors, invites attendees to visit its stand 2G-20, located in Hall 2 of the Argentine Oil & Gas Suppliers Group (GAPP) pavilion. Visitors will be able to learn about the company's main developments in Oil & Gas and the services it offers for this industry.

With over 400 companies expected to participate, attendance is projected to exceed 25,000 national and international visitors. The event is organized by the Argentine Institute of Oil and Gas (IAPG) and produced by Messe Frankfurt Argentina.

“The Oil & Gas segment plays a significant role in our portfolio. We are primarily active in Vaca Muerta, where we have applied over 20 years of experience successfully executing civil works and oil and gas pipeline projects. We work with the industry's leading players and operate from our base in Añelo, Neuquén. Our strengths lie in the expertise of our team and the availability of our own modern equipment. With an expanded fleet and our well-known customer-oriented approach, we are a standout alternative for the implementation of the most demanding projects,” said Gustavo Mas, Commercial Manager at Milicic.

Among the major highlights of this edition is the 5th Latin American Congress on Drilling, Completion, and Well Intervention, one of the most important technical events in the regional energy sector. Another key feature will be Innovation Day, presented this year under the theme: “Inspiring Transformation: Innovation and Collaboration in the Industry.”

Developments in the Oil & Gas Sector

Milicic is currently carrying out early-stage work for the Punta Colorada Terminal, located in the province of Río Negro—an international-scale project and a new challenge in the Oil & Gas sector. The Vaca Muerta Oil Sur project includes preparing a site for a future port terminal, involving earthworks and the construction of ring foundations for five storage tanks.

Additionally, the company is replacing two sections of a 32” pipeline between Puerto Rosales and La Plata in Buenos Aires, and is executing two 32” collector aqueducts—one for injection and one for extraction—in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza.

“We continue working towards entering the bioremediation business, as we now have both the technology and the necessary permits to offer this type of service in the provinces of Neuquén, Río Negro, and Mendoza. Lastly, we are closely monitoring the progress of export infrastructure projects, which are highly attractive for companies with the capacity to develop large-scale infrastructure initiatives like Milicic,” added Mas.
