Lunex Metals Corp. (TSXV: LUNX) celebrated the opening of the TSX Venture Exchange from Buenos Aires on Wednesday, October 28. The ceremony, organized by TMX Group, operator of the Toronto Stock Exchange, took place at 4:30 pm at the NH Collection Hotel and closed the first day of the 5th Argentina Critical Minerals Summit. Behind the celebration is a clear thesis: a company with Argentine capital and management, listed on the world's leading mining market and with a strategy to broaden the liquidity of its shares.

Toronto, from Buenos Aires

The Toronto Stock Exchange came to Argentina with a delegation led by Guillaume Légaré, Head of Latin America at TSX, for the critical minerals summit held October 28 to 30 in Buenos Aires and Mendoza. Toward the end of the day, the conference paused so Lunex could celebrate its listing on the TSX Venture, the benchmark market for mineral exploration companies. The Company's shares have traded under the symbol LUNX since October 19.

The date carried symbolism: October 28 is Mining Workers' Day in Argentina. After the ceremony, the Company hosted its closest investors at a cocktail reception at the Banco Macro tower in Puerto Madero.

"Celebrating our listing by opening the Canadian market from Buenos Aires reflects our commitment to Argentina and its mining sector," said Pablo Cortegoso, CEO and Director of Lunex. "This milestone is the result of the effort of our team, shareholders and partners, and marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Company."

Execution: from signing to drilling in four months

In mineral exploration, the time between acquiring a project and drilling it is often measured in years. Lunex did it in months. It signed the Luna Roja option in October 2025, reported its first geochemistry and ground magnetics results in December, and began drilling on February 7, 2026, with the corresponding environmental permitting.

"Our edge is execution in the field," said Joaquín Mignaquy, co-founder and Vice President, Operations of Lunex. "We signed in October, by December we had geochemistry and geophysics results, and in February we were drilling, with the corresponding environmental permitting. That is possible because we have a technical and operating team in Argentina that knows the ground, the province and how things get done."

That local capability is the core of the model: strategy and access to capital rest in Canada, while geology, logistics, permitting and the relationship with the province are handled from Argentina.

Luna Roja, in the heart of the Deseado Massif

Luna Roja covers approximately 10,000 hectares across three contiguous concessions in the Deseado Massif of Santa Cruz, Argentina's premier gold province. Its neighbours in the district are AngloGold Ashanti's Cerro Vanguardia, Pan American Silver and Cerrado Gold's Don Nicolás mine, some of Argentina's leading gold and silver producers. The Company holds an option to acquire 100% of the project from Magna Terra Minerals (TSXV: MTT).

The first drill program, completed in the first half of 2026, comprised 16 diamond drill holes totaling 2,517.5 metres along the approximately 2.8-kilometre Vía Láctea structural corridor. Results confirmed a gold-silver epithermal system at Cruz del Sur, open to the north and at depth, and a second mineralized center at Estrella del Norte, about 2 kilometres to the north. Highlights include hole LR_DDH14, with 23.1 metres grading 0.36 g/t gold and 61.76 g/t silver, including 2.0 metres grading 1.15 g/t gold and 465 g/t silver.

A ground magnetic survey of about 330 line-kilometres also defined several satellite targets that remain undrilled. Lunex is working to add a block of ground contiguous to the area it currently explores, which would expand the district's potential. The project is at the exploration stage and does not yet have a mineral resource estimate. With the new field season, the Company will begin its Phase 1 work program ahead of a new drill campaign.

Argentine capital, Canadian market

To reach the exchange, Lunex raised over C$3.7 million through private placements, with its most recent round priced at C$0.27 per share. A very significant portion of that capital came from Argentine investors, which is unusual for a junior miner listed in Canada.

That support explains the next step. Lunex is advancing cross-listing strategies aimed at broadening its investor base and building liquidity for its shares, combining the depth of the Canadian market, where much of global mineral exploration is financed, with growing interest from Argentine investors.

Team and next steps

Lunex is led by a team based in Argentina and is backed by Andina 360 Mining, a group developing mining projects at different stages across the country, from exploration to production, which provides the Company with its local technical and operating platform. CEO Pablo Cortegoso is a civil engineer with over 15 years in exploration and project evaluation, formerly with SRK Consulting and co-founder of Stardust Power (NASDAQ: SDST). He is joined by Joaquín Mignaquy, VP Operations; Ramiro Massa, VP Corporate Development and former CEO of Minsud Resources, where he led the joint venture with South32; Carlo Rigillo, CFO; and geologist Fernando Ganem, VP Exploration.

The board brings Canadian capital markets experience: Joaquín Marías, CEO of Argenta Silver (TSXV: AGAG); Raymond Harari, founder of Canalis Capital and CEO of Argentina Metals (TSXV: VLLC); Lewis Lawrick, CEO of Magna Terra Minerals; and Kurt Gattiker, a corporate finance specialist who represents one of the Company's cornerstone investor groups.

With the listing complete, Lunex's agenda spans four fronts: the new work season at Luna Roja, expanding its land position, its cross-listing strategy and the evaluation of new acquisitions. The Company aims to use its listed platform and in-country execution capability to establish itself as an Argentine growth vehicle in gold and silver.
