AbraSilver Consolidates the Diablillos District in Salta with New High-Grade Discoveries and Territorial Expansion
At Condoryacu, initial confirmatory drilling intercepted high-grade gold, silver, and copper values.

The transaction, which involved final payments of US$2.75 million, expands the company’s land control over areas directly adjacent to the core of the project in the Salta Puna. This expansion not only increases the geological potential of the area but also strengthens the district-scale development logic of Diablillos, integrating new targets with strong mineralogical continuity.

The most relevant result, according to the company, comes from Condoryacu, where initial confirmatory drilling intercepted 72 meters grading 18.7 g/t gold, 117 g/t silver, and 2.06% copper from surface. This represents the most significant gold grade-thickness intersection reported to date across the entire Diablillos district.

From a geological standpoint, Condoryacu appears to be an integral part of the Oculto-JAC epithermal system, with mineralization hosted in outcropping siliceous hydrothermal breccias. The combination of gold, silver, and copper in sulfides from surface positions the area as a high-value target within the project’s portfolio.

Growing Scale: System Extension at Oculto East

At the same time, work at Oculto East continues to expand the project’s mineralized footprint. The first drillhole of Phase VI confirmed the lateral extension of the oxide system beyond the conceptual limits of the open pit, demonstrating continuity and growth potential both at surface and at depth.

This development is particularly relevant in valuation terms, as it suggests that the current resource model could be significantly expanded in future updates, according to the report.

Diablillos: From Project to Integrated Mining District

Recent advances reinforce a scale shift at Diablillos: from a project focused on specific deposits to an integrated mining district with multiple interconnected mineralized centers.

With more than 150,000 meters drilled, the area has already demonstrated a robust gold and silver oxide resource base, now complemented by concrete evidence of high-grade sulfide mineralization in peripheral zones.

Permitting and Feasibility: Salta Enters a Decisive Phase

On the regulatory front, the project is moving toward a key milestone in Salta: the final stage of community participation for the Environmental Impact Assessment, a prerequisite for approval expected in the near term. In parallel, the process in Catamarca is also advancing, with approval anticipated during the second quarter of 2026.

At the same time, the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) is in its final stage, with delivery expected in the second quarter. This will incorporate new reserves derived from recent campaigns and evaluate an expansion of processing capacity through heap leaching, anticipating a potential scale-up.

The final investment decision, scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026, will mark the turning point toward construction.

In this context, AbraSilver’s strategy—based on organic growth, district consolidation, and acceleration toward production—not only enhances the value of Diablillos but also strengthens the province’s profile as a destination for large-scale mining investment.
