Information and Oversight as Key Pillars of the Agenda

Digital Transformation and Institutional Strengthening
As part of the joint agenda, both parties agreed on the importance of incorporating institutional strengthening as a cross-cutting component of the sector's digital transformation process.
In this regard, progress is expected in the modernization of work processes, the updating of the regulatory framework and the strengthening of management capacities, with the aim of consolidating tools that will support the continued growth of mining activities in the province.
