The most influential symposium in the region aimed at the development of the lithium industry

18 and 19 JUNE 2019 – JUJUY PROVINCE

Since 2011, PANORAMA MINERO Magazine organizes the main seminar and meeting related to the lithium industry of the South American region, with the presence of mining companies, worldwide renowned speakers, organisms and specialists.

Thus, for more than seven consecutive years, the International Seminar: Lithium in the South America Region has been consolidated as the key meeting point of the lithium industry, whose last edition, held in Salta province, was attended by of more than 650 people, 15 mining companies as lecturers, companies related to lithium from around the world and the special participation of Joe Lowry, also known as “Mr. Lithium”.

By 2019, it is expected that Argentina’s participation in the lithium market will continue on its growth path. Currently, the country is the world’s fourth lithium producer also the one with the lowest cost that accounts for 13% of the reserves worldwide.

In its eighth edition, the International Seminar: Lithium in the South America Region will be held in the province of Jujuy, continuing its itinerant character among the provinces of the Argentine NOA that lead the development of the lithium industry (Salta, Jujuy and Catamarca) .
