- On December 14, 2023, Alpha Lithium Corporation announced that Alpha Shareholders approved the privatization of Alpha pursuant to the amalgamation of the company and a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of TechEnergy Lithium Canada Inc. and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Tecpetrol Investments S.L. The Amalgamation was approved by 99.19%.
- All the technical data of the Tolillar project come from the update of the Preliminary Economic Study prepared by Ausenco under Canadian instrument NI 43-101, and published by Alpha Lithium on August 10, 2023.
