Additional Comments
- Highlights of the La Coipita include:
- A large 70.700 hectare project strategically located within the prolific Miocene porphyry-epithermal belt, one of the world’s most endowed copper-gold belts
- Located approximately 80 km north of the Los Azules deposit (McEwen Mining Inc.)
- Two partially exposed porphyry Cu-Au (Mo) systems and evidence of at least three other poorly exposed porphyry systems
- Drill results targeted at a surface geochemistry pattern interpreted as being a reflection of an underlying porphyry system, with estimated dimensions of 2,000 metres by 1,500 metres.
- Hole DDHC 22-002 intersected a continuous copper porphyry zone of 226m of 0.34% Cu, 0.07 g/t Au & 66 ppm Mo marking a new discovery on the La Coipita project
- Hole DDHC 23-001 intersected a broad interval of copper-molybdenum porphyry mineralization of 694m of 0.16% Cu & 81 ppm Mo
- On January 2, 2024, AbraSilver announced it had entered into a binding letter agreement with a subsidiary of Teck Resources Limited, with respect to a proposed option and joint venture agreement to explore and develop the La Coipita.
