According to data released by INDEC, Argentina’s Mining Industrial Production Index increased 9.5% compared to April 2025 and posted a 7.4% gain during the first four months of 2026. Lithium and metallic minerals were among the main drivers of growth.

The facility located in the El Pantanillo Industrial Park manufactures polypropylene big bags used in lithium logistics. The plant currently employs 80 workers and exports part of its production to Brazil.

The Vicuña mining project, located in the province of San Juan, has begun incorporating a fleet of 28 trucks that will be used for its Early Works program, a phase focused on developing key infrastructure for the future operation.
